Shipping policy

At present, we only offer local delivery within Hong Kong, via SF Express.

• A shipping fee of HK$50 will be charged per order.
  
  
• Orders will generally be dispatched within approximately 14 business days after placement, and shipping details will be notified by email before dispatch (excluding pre-order items).
  
  
• Delivery methods available:
  • i. Local courier direct delivery to office/residential addresses (via SF Express)
  • ii. SF Locker pickup
  • iii. SF Business Station pickup
  • iv. SF Station pickup
    
    
• We cannot change any information on an existing order once it has been processed, including but not limited to, the shipping address, billing information, size, item and/or quantity. 
  
  
• Any additional shipping costs arising from incorrect delivery address or telephone number information provided by the customer shall be borne by the recipient and we are not responsible for any lost packages due to your provision to Sony Music HK of an incorrect shipping address.
  
  
• We may reject, modify or cancel your order for any reason prior to shipping your order.  If we rejects your order after payment has been already taken, we will provide you with a refund.
  
  
• During festive seasons, periods of high order volume, or due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, shipment may be delayed.
  
  
• Delivery to outlying islands, remote areas, and designated special regions may take longer.
  
  
• Once the parcel has arrived at the pickup point or locker, SF Express will issue a notification in app. Please collect the parcel within the specified period, otherwise additional storage fees charged by the provider may apply.
