By accessing our website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and policies.

You are legally and financially responsible and liable for all actions on the account, including the actions of anyone else with access to your account.

If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English information on this website, the information in the English version shall prevail. In case of any dispute, Sony Music HK reserve the right of final decision.

All transactions shall be conducted and settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Any currency conversion fees, transaction fees, or other additional charges imposed by the credit card company, issuing bank, or payment service provider shall be solely borne by the customer, and Sony Music HK shall not assume any liability in this regard. Features, specifications, prices, services and content are subject to change or withdrawal at any time and Sony Music HK does not provide any refunds in the event of a price drop, a subsequent promotional pricing or changes to the product offering. Special product, prices and promotions are no longer valid once they are changed or removed.  All sales are subject to the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, People’s Republic of China.  We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Although Sony Music HK will try to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you promptly. You will have the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled and the purchase price will be refunded to you.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through our online store. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to exchange only in accordance with our exchange policy.

Where the online store arranges shipping at the buyer’s request, our responsibilities are limited to dispatching the goods on time and assisting the buyer with inquiries in the event of shipping accidents. Sony Music HK shall not be liable for any compensation beyond that provided by the logistics or courier company. All inquiries and claims shall be handled in accordance with the rules of the relevant logistics or courier company. The buyer may not request compensation before the logistics company’s full tracking inquiry period has expired. The online store reminds buyers to verify the full delivery address and recipient’s telephone number to avoid delivery delays. By purchasing from this online store, the buyer is deemed to have agreed to this statement.

If we are unable to perform our obligations under this website, these terms and conditions, and/or any confirmed order due to force majeure, including but not limited to fire, flood, injury, accident, natural disaster, epidemic, any law, order, proclamation, regulation, requirement, or directive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government or any of its departments, strike, labor dispute, labor shortage or shortage of skilled workers, shortage or unavailability of products or raw materials, transportation delay, or any other reason beyond our reasonable control, we shall not be liable to the extent affected by such interference.
